You agree not to: create multiple accounts; use bots or automated scripts to claim rewards; use a VPN, proxy, or any technology to hide your location; attempt to hack, exploit, or damage our systems; harass, abuse, or harm other users; post illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content; or use our service for money laundering or fraudulent activities.

5. Earning & Rewards

Okkivo provides opportunities to earn cryptocurrency through faucet claims, PTC (paid-to-click) ad views, offerwall task completions, the spin wheel, autofaucet, daily coupons, and referring new users. All earnings are subject to verification, and we reserve the right to revoke earnings obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activities.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal terms include a minimum withdrawal amount that varies by payment method, withdrawals typically processed within 24 to 48 hours, and we are not responsible for network transaction fees. Incorrect wallet addresses may result in permanent loss of funds, and we reserve the right to hold withdrawals for security review.

7. Referral Program

Our referral program allows you to earn a commission from users you invite. You earn a percentage of your referral's earnings; self-referrals are strictly prohibited; abusing the referral system will result in account termination; and referral commissions are subject to the same withdrawal rules.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of any term in this agreement, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, creating multiple accounts, using a VPN, proxy, or bots, or any activity that harms Okkivo or its users. Upon termination, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on Okkivo, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Okkivo and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okkivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or cryptocurrency.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Okkivo after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
